Left Field Properties, LLC is a fully licensed real estate brokerage firm that is 100% focused on managing investment properties. Our story is unique, being located, quite literally, in the left-field of AutoZone Park. We also believe each property has a unique story of its own, which is why we prioritize getting to know the property and all of its attractive qualities so that we can eventually develop its own story. We promise to work diligently to ensure that your property is as financially productive as possible while providing residents with the best possible customer service.
MANAGEMENT Services
Marketing: We leverage a variety of online tools, including social media, to professionally advertise your property in order to maximize occupancy.
LFP Customer Database: We have grown a sizeable database of prospective tenants who are looking to lease with us. We will take advantage of this to assist in filling vacancies at your property as if it were our own.
Leasing: It's about telling a story. This is where we thrive.
Credit, Income and Criminal Screening: We go through an extensive application process before approving tenants. There is no cost for this service to you whatsoever.
Lease Preparation and Signing: We prepare the leases and ensure that they are executed properly.
Accounting and Reporting: You will receive a financial report detailing the performance of your rental property.
Maintenance Management: Our in-house maintenance department works closely with our management office to ensure that your property gets treated with the proper care it deserves.
Utility Management: We walk residents through the process of getting the appropriate utility services turned over to their name. We are equipped to handle all account aspects of the property's utility services.
Online Tenant Portal: Tenants may submit maintenance requests and pay their property-related bills online.
Eviction and Possession Services: We handle any problem tenants who refuse to abide by the terms of the lease.
On-site Services
We are proud and fortunate to have a services division that will handle all of your property’s maintenance and renovation needs. This team is dedicated to the maintenance, upkeep, and daily on-site operations of our properties. It is also a licensed general contractor capable of handling construction and renovation projects both small and large.
In addition to routine on-site activities, other services include property inspections, make-readies, landscaping, custodial, roofing, HVAC repair & preventative maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring & painting.
